Zurich Gleisarena

This office complex to the north of the platforms of Zurich's main railway station will consist of a seven-storey head building and a six-storey longitudinal building with a shared basement. In total, the project comprises 9000m² of office space in the upper floors and 850m² of restaurant and retail areas on the ground floor.

PORR constructed both buildings in accordance with the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB)'s gold standard (administered by the Swiss Sustainable Building Council, SGNI). The buildings also meet the Minergie-P-Eco standard.
