Urban life in a unique waterfront location
Generously glazed rental areas for restaurants and retail stores are located in the ground floors of the three buildings. Moreover, in the building on Bahnstraße, further areas came into being out of offices and practices in representative relay and on the 1st to 3rd upper floors. The leased areas extend from around 40m2 up to 740m2.
The ground floor façades are clothed with natural stone, the upper floors were provided with light heat insulating plaster.
