Modern living comfort in Graz

The work resulted in two residential buildings with basements: a building complex with 19 residential units and another building with 8 residential units. Both structures were designed to meet high standards of living quality, energy efficiency and modern architecture. To increase the comfort of future residents, a total of 16 parking spaces were created – 13 of which are integrated into the building and 3 are outdoors. The planning also included the construction of retaining walls and extensive terrain adjustments to optimally embed the construction project into the surrounding topography.

The architecture is characterised by a modern, functional design that blends harmoniously into the existing cityscape of Graz. Spacious floor plans, bright rooms and high-quality fittings ensure a pleasant living environment. The focus was on the quality of life of the residents – both in the architectural design and in the well-thought-out integration of infrastructural elements. Thanks to precise planning and efficient construction management, the project was completed ahead of schedule and handed over to the future residents on time. A result that impressively underlines both PORR's commitment to quality and reliability and the satisfaction of the client.
