Residential complex at Feldgasse 61a-e

High-quality new build with a sustainable energy concept

Between December 2023 and March 2025, a modern residential building comprising a total of 20 high-quality new-build flats is being constructed on behalf of BK Immo Vorsorge Projekt Gleisdorf, Feldgasse GmbH & Co KG. The units comprise 2- to 4-room flats with living areas ranging from around 43 to 92 m², offering flexible solutions for a wide variety of living situations – from single-person households to families.

A sustainable living concept for the future

A key feature of the project is the sustainable energy concept, which is designed for resource-efficient and cost-effective use in the long term. Heat is supplied via a central pellet system combined with underfloor heating, ensuring a high level of living comfort whilst making efficient use of energy. The system is complemented by a photovoltaic system to cover general electricity needs and a solar system for hot water production. This integrated solution reduces energy consumption and actively contributes to lowering operating costs.

In addition to the technical specifications, the flats impress with their functionally optimised floor plans and high quality of living. Future requirements were also taken into account as early as the planning phase: a pre-installed conduit system for electric vehicle charging points enables the easy retrofitting of charging infrastructure for electric mobility.

Through a combination of precise construction, sustainable building services and well-thought-out planning, PORR is creating modern living space in Gleisdorf with high utility value and long-term quality. The project thus serves as a prime example of sustainable housing in an urban environment.
