Hotel, office and retail complex
Hotels, offices and commercial buildings on a single campus
The campus consists of several six- to seven-storey building blocks and structures, which have been brought together to form a single complex. The three main buildings house a three-star Holiday Inn hotel with 217 rooms, as well as around 22,000 m² of office space. On the ground floor, around 700 m² of catering and retail space complement the layout and, together with the other areas, are served by the campus’s central infrastructure.
The site has a full basement. The continuous basement level houses a total of 155 car parking spaces, in addition to areas for building services. At the same time, the basement connects the individual building sections and centralises key technical and infrastructural functions of the complex.
Facades and open spaces
The facades are clad in natural stone and structured by deep window reveals. Bronze-coloured windows complement the buildings’ design. The outdoor facilities and open spaces form the link between the individual parts of the campus and complement the hotel, office and commercial uses with dedicated outdoor areas.
Construction and Certifications
PORR was responsible for the construction of the building complex, including the building works as well as the associated infrastructure and outdoor facilities. The building was constructed in accordance with the requirements for DGNB Silver certification as well as LEED Gold certification. It has been certified accordingly.
