The ready for occupancy office and hotel complex Waterfront built by PORR Polska is located in a prime location, right by the Gdynia beach promenade. The complex consists of an ultra-modern two-storey office tower and hotel area of the Marriott Courtyard.
The 14,354 m2 of office space are in accordance with the A Class. The ground floor houses the restaurant venues along the pedestrian area. The hotel with 12,734 m2 area has 201 rooms and a 650 m2 large conference centre. Overall, the gross floor area amounts to 34,777 m2.

Multifunctional building complex in prestigious location
With this project, PORR Polska immortalized itself once again at the Präsidentenkai in Gdynia. In 2000 it realized here the expansion of cinema halls in the cultural and entertainment centre Gemini and in 2008 the building shell for SEA TOWERS.
What ultimately counts in the construction business is successfully completed projects. PORR has many of these.
