In the south of Munich, the PANDION OFFICEHOME Soul & Beat project has created a modern office complex featuring striking architecture and a sustainable building concept. The aluminium-glass façade, realised by ALU-SOMMER, combines high technical standards with light-filled workspaces and has a lasting impact on the appearance of the new office location.

Forward-looking office architecture with a high-quality façade solution
The PANDION AG project comprises two six-storey polygonal building sections with internal courtyards in the up-and-coming urban quarter on Anzinger Straße in Munich. Whilst the ‘Soul’ building section was completed at the end of 2023, construction of ‘Beat’ is scheduled to begin in early 2026. A particularly striking feature is the superimposed seventh full storey of the “Soul” building, which architecturally highlights the entrance area and gives the complex a distinctive silhouette.
Thanks to its immediate proximity to Munich’s Ostbahnhof station, the office complex offers excellent public transport links, thereby meeting key requirements of urban working environments. The new office building, spanning approximately 45,000 m², impresses with flexible space concepts, spacious interiors and sustainable building design, aiming for DGNB Gold certification.
ALU-SOMMER was responsible for the design, manufacture and installation of the entire façade structure. This includes a total of 13,400 m² of aluminium-glass façades, 10,300 m² of sun protection venetian blind systems and 8,800 m² of aluminium sheet cladding. The scope of work was complemented by sheet metal pilasters and fibre cement cladding on the ground floor. The large-scale glazing ensures optimal natural light and creates modern workspaces with a high quality of environment and impressive views over Munich.
