The production area of the facility covers around 23,000 m² and offers optimal conditions for industrial manufacturing processes. This is complemented by a prestigious office complex with an area of around 6,050 m², which extends over five above-ground floors. The architectural design of the office building combines clear lines with functional room organization, creating a modern working environment that supports both efficiency and quality of life.
