Efficient heat from the ground

The core of the execution involved the installation of a high-performance geothermal probe system comprising a total of ten duplex geothermal probes with a diameter of 32 millimetres. The total probe length of around 1,135 metres enables the energy stored underground to be utilised and lays the foundation for economical building operation.

The execution of the necessary flushed drilling presented the project team with particular challenges. Demanding geological conditions required the utmost precision in the planning and execution of the drilling work. Thanks to extensive experience in the field of geothermal energy and deep drilling technology, the job was completed on schedule.

The scope of work undertaken by Nägele Hoch- und Civil Engineering GmbH encompassed not only the drilling work itself, but also the complete distribution system, including all necessary connections and technical components. In addition, the necessary applications to the authorities and approval procedures were coordinated and managed. As a result, the employer received all services from a single source and benefited from seamless project management.

What ultimately counts in the construction business is successfully completed projects. PORR has many of these.
