Reddish-brown concrete and glass - the glass facade of the 42 m high office building, placed behind an arrangement of differently shaped and differently wide columns, dominates the imposing building. Around a light-giving atrium, there are ten floors of areas for working and training.

Working and studying.
The first three floors are used as a training centre, while the upper seven floors provide office space. Four basement floors provide space for storage and building services rooms as well as parking spaces for cars.
The project will be certified according to the SNBSv2.0 building construction standard.
