Set an AKZENT
The building was designed by the renowned architectural firm Marte und Marte, which is known for its innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs. In addition to the architectural features, the entrance areas are designed with striking exposed concrete canopies, which are not only functional, but also set an aesthetic accent and emphasise the character of the building.
The project is particularly emphasised by the integration of the new, ultra-modern headquarters of Raiffeisenbank Vorderland in the Akzent 1 and Akzent 2 buildings. The residential areas of the Akzent 2 building offer space for eight flats, while a further seven flats are being built in the Akzent 3 building. Another outstanding feature of this project is the innovative heating and cooling technology, which is based on geothermal energy and also comes from Nägele. This sustainable approach emphasises our commitment to environmentally friendly construction and helps to reduce CO2 emissions.
