Project coordinaton and management.
The more complex a construction scheme, the more elaborate its management. PORR employs project managers who, as all-rounders, are able to organise and coordinate the multi-faceted planning processes of all involved partners. With their technical know-how, leadership and social competences and their organisational skills, they – at all times – serve as competent contact persons for the client and assure the implementation of their wishes in the framework of the contract. They are furthermore responsible for excellent counselling and representation of interests, for instance towards authorities and third parties. They also coordinate the involved departments and suppliers in such a way that interfaces and friction loss is minimised and efficiency increased.
