Conditions of participation in the " PORR Website Relaunch Giveaway " competition from 08/09/2025 to 21/09/2025

The organiser of the " PORR Website Relaunch Giveaway " competition (hereinafter referred to as "competition") is PORR AG (hereinafter referred to as the "provider"). The closing date for entries is 21/09/2025 at 10 pm.

Prize

• 5x goodie bags, each containing 1x PORR multifunctional tool, 1 PORR all-in-one travel charger cable, 1 set of PORR playing cards, and 2 PORR pencils

Participation

All persons over the age of 18 are eligible to take part. The prerequisite for participation is that the data is entered by the participant themselves. Participation via a service provider who enters the data of its clients in competitions - a so-called competition entry service - is not permitted. We reserve the right to check the age of the winner. Legal recourse and cash payment are excluded.

Participation in the competition is via the PORR Group Instagram page. The competition period is from 08/09/2025, 8:00 am to 21/09/2025, 10 pm. 

If the number of valid participants is greater than the number of advertised prizes, a draw will be held. To take part in the competition, the user must have an Instagram account and be logged in.

The competition is offered subject to availability. The provider reserves the right to extend or shorten the competition without giving reasons. The provider also reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of suspected abuse, manipulation or criminal behaviour. There is no legal entitlement to participate in the competition. The prize will be raffled off among all participants and is available in the specified number.

Procedure

Users are asked to follow the PORR Group account on Instagram, like the competition post and write a comment with their impressions of the new PORR website. A total of five winners will be selected from all comments submitted during the competition period and asked via direct message to provide their name and address.

If participants do not respond within 24 hours, their claim to the prize will expire and a new winner will be drawn. Participants can double their chances of winning and be entered into the draw twice if they tag another user in the comments in addition to their own comment.

Participation in the competition is free of charge and is not linked to any other services provided by the participant. It is not possible to transfer, exchange or pay out non-cash prizes. Legal recourse is excluded. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation. PORR AG reserves the right to change these conditions of participation without prior notice or to cancel the competition without giving reasons if the proper organisation of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical, legal or other reasons. PORR AG is entitled to exclude participants if there is reasonable suspicion of a violation of the conditions of participation. There is no entitlement to participation or realisation of the competition.
